After years of growing my wedding invitation company, I was exhausted from hustling hard day after day for every single penny. I knew there had to be a way to work less and make more money. So we figured it out. And it worked.

We’ve been doing this for a while.

After 5 years of owning an invitation business, I wanted to create something more passive, and to help other people do the same. Making money while you sleep is the dream, am I right? We, like all entrepreneurs, want to work less and make more money.

Twocan has been over a year in the making

With my experience in my invitation business and Nathan’s MBA, we knew we wanted to own a business together sharing business resources. But we weren’t sure how to get started. After listening to a podcast about writing an ebook, I couldn’t wait to dive in. That afternoon I outlined 4 ebooks, and the next day I wrote 30 some pages. The Ultimate Pinterest Guide: Sell More while Working Less, was born along with the idea for Twocan. What seemed like overnight, Twocan, LLC was made official.

I've built my businesses on a lot of mistakes. I wouldn’t change it for the world, and I while I know that failure, to some extent, is important in learning and growing, I hope to share my experience so you can grow from my mistakes. I hope that you can implement the systems I wish I knew from the beginning to avoid the burnout.

SO WHO ARE WE?

We’re just your average couple. If we’re not in the office you can catch us on the golf course or binge watching Parks and Rec. We’re close with our families (CZ Invitations was built with Carley’s mom!) and we love our pup girl, Jane. From Wichita, Kansas we met in college and have been married for five years.
