Update (or fill in) your About Section (Page 13 & 14)
Ideas:
Introduce yourself
How you got started
What you do
Why you do what you do
Things that help you stand out
Introduce your team
Add Pictures
Update your Profile picture to be a picture of YOU, not your logo.
Turn off who can see what you sold (Page 11)
Update your Policies (Page 15)
Less is not more when it comes to policies :)
Add FAQ
Ideal Clients
Identify the people you want to work with.
What is their budget?
What are they buying?
What do they like?
What terms would you use to describe them?
How old are they?
Where do they live?
What do they value?
What is important to them?
How do they find you?
Where do they Shop?
What do they need or want from you?
Create a clear statement defining who they are and how you can help them.
Keep this in mind the rest of the month--put it on a sticky note somewhere to keep it front of mind if you need to!
If you need more help with this, on page 30 I have linked my friend Laney’s Ideal Client Worksheet to help :)
We’re going to use this throughout the trainings: Make sure the search terms, keywords, descriptions, all that good stuff speaks to the people that you want to work with!
